Holly Manssur brings more than 35 years of professional experience in client relations, communications, and business development. A graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Holly serves as a primary point of contact between our clients and Manssur's Cleaning Service.

Her focus is simple: ensuring every client receives exceptional service and responsiveness. Holly believes strong communication is the foundation of every successful partnership and works closely with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.

Having spent many years in corporate environments, Holly understands the importance of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail. Justin is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting our cleaning crews while ensuring the high standards that have defined Manssur's Cleaning Service for generations are consistently maintained. His hands-on management style, attention to detail, and commitment to accountability help ensure that every client receives reliable, professional service.

With extensive experience in facility maintenance, process improvement, staff supervision, and operational management, Justin works closely with both employees and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. His focus on communication, follow-through, and continuous improvement helps keep operations running smoothly and clients happy.
