Danny Manssur
Co-owner and President
Danny brings over 51 years of hands-on experience and expertise in the janitorial arts. He possesses vast knowledge of specialized areas of cleaning such as: maintaining sterile environments, stripping and re-sealing floors, buffing and maintaining floors, window washing (interior and exterior), carpet dry and steam cleaning, spot-removing, wall washing, air-vent cleaning, and light fixture detailing. Of course, Danny also has the know-how for the day-to-day cleaning necessities as well, such as: vacuuming, dusting, and just plain old tidying. Danny is our researcher. He is constantly in search of new and better products and cleaning techniques. He also stays up to speed in regard to OSHA requirements as well as state and federal laws. What really sets Danny's abilities apart from the rest, above and beyond pride in his work, is his eye for detail. Danny inspects all work completed by Manssur's Cleaning Service staff, and operates as our quality control expert.
Holly Manssur
Co-owner and Marketing Director
Holly brings over 31 years of professional experience as well as public relations and marketing expertise. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan- Flint. Majoring in Communications, she is the liaison between the clients and Manssur's Cleaning Service. Holly's main concern is that our clients are more than merely satisfied with our performance. Communications-minded, she often will encourage a confidential communications log, where clients can compose feedback notes at their leisure. However, phone calls, texts and e-mails are always welcome and answered promptly! Holly has an extra critical eye due to the fact that she worked many years of her life within a corporate environment. Holly sees things from the client's perspective, and understands innately what they desire.
Justin Manssur
Co-owner and Manager
Justin Manssur~ Co-owner of Manssur’s Cleaning Service. Justin brings over 20 years of experience to the table. Justin is vastly experienced in most facets of Human Resources including crew hiring, training, supervision, counseling, daily site inspections, hands on facility maintenance, quality insurance, customer satisfaction, customer communication, process implementation, enforcement, and follow up. He’s very skilled at managing time, implementing processes and overall day-to-day operations.
